4. Trading Guidelines and Prohibited Trading Practices

4.1 Traders are expected to adhere to ethical trading practices.

4.2 Prohibited Trading includes, but is not limited to, practices like front-running, insider trading, and market manipulation.

4.5 If the Company detects Prohibited Trading, participation will be terminated, possibly including forfeiture of fees paid. Prior to receiving a funded sim, trading activity will be reviewed to determine if it constitutes Prohibited Trading. In such cases, the Trader will not receive a funded sim.

4.6 The Company reserves the right to disallow or block participation for any reason, at its sole discretion.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Details of any applicable fees for participation in the Program will be provided separately.

5.2 Fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content and materials provided in the Program are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

7.1 Personal information of Traders will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
